FREE TO MAINLAND UK (south of Glasgow)
We deliver on a Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri within office hours. Delivery within 14 to 21 days. It is important that we have an accurate address, delivery instructions and contact telephone number to ensure our couriers get your meat to you on time. For other UK areas please contact us first.

Our meat is all killed to order and hung for up to 3 weeks in the case of mutton. It is then packed from chilled in insulated boxes with frozen ice sheets to maintain a temperature of less than 8 degrees in transit. Each box will come with storage, cooking instructions and traceability document.
